Artistry has been born out of passion for developing artists in the music industry and has been at the forefront of the media and continue to push boundaries to achieve results for their clients as the media and business landscapes change.

Jannie brings many years of experience in Psycological Interface work both in the United Kingdom and Internationally for many years. Credits include broadcasting as the key anchor presenter, on both music and chat shows, specialising on a Classical Crossover music show which is broadcast all over the world. She has organised Concerts and Charity events and enjoyed fronting a Magazine programme interviewing professional music acts in the UK, Europe and America. Artists she has interviewed across the UK include Tom Bailey Thompson Twins, Kirk Brandon Theatre Of Hate and Spear Of Destiny, Bruce Foxton The Jam to name but a few. She has also had TV appearances promoting charity events.
Jannie is extremely personable, tenacious, enthusiastic and brings a professional approach to her work with Artistry Management Uk. Being well organised and structured allows for the artists to concentrate on their thing. Jannie looks forward to working with artists signed to Artistry as well as associates.

Jannie has excellent organisational skills and has organised two concerts.
One of the concerts featured a number of popular classical crossover artists including Official Classical Album Chart topper Joanna Forest who duets with tenor and the first ever “Britain’s Got Talent” winner Paul Potts. Other performers include Hercules Smith, as seen on BBC One’s “The Voice” and “Let it Shine”, Lucy Thomas from ITV’s “The Voice Kids”, Keedie Green from “The Voice” and royal composer Olga Thomas. It also features Christina Johnston, who is the singer of the official Purple Poppy Appeal song called “A Million Tears” to be released internationally in 2021, the song has been written by Warwick, Young & Maclean. Christina has also performed for the President of China and sings in 12 different languages. Decca-signed artist Elan Catrin Parry from Wrexham is also part of the line up along with soprano Natasha Hardy and The Voice finalists Belle Voci. Classical Brit Awards nominees Ida and Billboard artist Agne G also perform as does Gruffyd Wyn, recipient of The Golden Buzzer from Amanda Holden on 2018’s Britain’s Got Talent.
Both Concerts had a global audience, including a strong fan base in the USA and Germany. Some of those fans were invited by Jannie to feature in the concert between the musical performances and to share their thoughts about their love of the classical crossover genre.
The other concert was filmed in a TV studio and was live streamed all over the world with audiences in USA, New Zealand, China and Europe.

Adrian brings a wealth of successful management and musical experience to the team at Artistry Management UK Limited, which includes successfully running and selling his own companies, together with many years of working in the music industry as a published songwriter and lyricist and working with some leading musicians and artists.
Adrian brings a truly professional, enthusiastic and tenacious approach to the Artistry team. Adrian also continues to work as an established and published song writer, lyricist, musician, children’s story writer and poet. His work includes writing for classical crossover, country, ballads and MOR artists, both Uk and Overseas. Adrian continues to co-write as Warwick and Young and with Warwick, Young & Maclean, as well as with Warwick, Young & Crisp.
Warwick, Young & Maclean have also been commissioned and written two songs for the Warhorse Memorial. The songs are titled ‘To Glory’ and ‘A Million Tears’, the latter being chosen as the official song for the International Purple Poppy Appeal.
Adrian is also now co-writing as a lyricist with the world-renowned classical composer, Olga Thomas-Bosovskaya who has wrote and presented several pieces to the Queen. Working as her lyricist on cross-over classical songs, which has already included a number 1 selling song in the I Tunes Classical Charts, in October 2020, where his co-write of lyrics for Olga with Grahame Maclean knocked Bocelli & Ed Sheeran off of the top of the charts.
Asked what he enjoys most about music and song writing Adrian said, “The chance to write autobiographically about the good the bad the love the hurt in your life, and the chance to write from observation and hopefully allow people to create there own vivid thoughts to what you write when they are listening. Oh and the chance to work with some great people, music brings everyone to the same level.”
